Meeting The Web Designer
The young people worked with Chris Roberts to create the website for the Save The Family Gateways Heritage Project, using a content management system called weebly. They were involved in the decision making contributing to the design, layout and naming of the website.
The website brief was to encompass all aspects of the project including the History Timeline of Plas Bellin Hall, Recorded Oral History Interviews, Stories and Artist Sculptures.
It was also decided to include a blog that the young people could update as the project evolves into the future.

"In the Gateway project, I drew the gate logo, I typed up some of the work and
I have done some of the recorded voice notes. I have enjoyed doing the project
and I am proud of the final outcome. I think with all the work done on the

"For the website I worked on the timeline, trying to make sense of the
information gathered for the history of Plas Bellin Hall. I learnt that making a
website is easier than I thought thanks to Chris coming to help us. I also
visited Stephen after our session on deciding on a sculpture to look at the
final drafts. I like the website so far, I think it has turned out better than I
imagined."
